There are two types of bar mill, dry type and wet type, which can be chosen by users according to their actual situation. Fote rod mill manufacturer adopts advanced controllable feeding and discharging technology, combines actual grinding materials, matches suitable grinding body, changes traditional surface contact to line contact, so that the grain size of the discharged material is more uniform and the output is higher. The feature of the machine is that in the grinding process, the grinding medium contacts with the ore linearly, so it has a certain selective grinding effect. It can save more than 41% energy and reduce cost expenditure compared with the old equipment.
The discharging granularity of this rod mill is more uniform, with fewer overcomminuted mineral particles and higher output.
Built-in fineness control device, through simple adjustment can change the size of the discharged material, discharging can also be equipped with screening device, can ensure that neither overwear nor unqualified products mixed into the finished product.
